We are seeking an accomplished Consultant Transplant Surgeon to join a leading healthcare network in the UAE. The ideal candidate will perform and oversee complex transplant procedures and provide clinical leadership in developing the transplant program.
Requirements
- Board Certified in General Surgery with fellowship in Transplant Surgery (American, Canadian, UK, German, French, or equivalent).
- Minimum 3 years post-specialization experience.
- Expertise in abdominal organ transplantation and perioperative management.
- Experience in donor procurement and recipient management.
- Proficiency in immunosuppressive therapy protocols.
- Knowledge of organ allocation systems and ethical practices.
- Excellent communication, team leadership, and academic contribution skills.
