Requirements
- Board Certified in Paediatric Surgery (American, Canadian, UK, German, or equivalent).
- Minimum 3 years post-consultant experience.
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and mentoring skills.
- Experience in neonatal, gastrointestinal, and urological surgeries.
- Demonstrated leadership in multidisciplinary case management.
- Proficiency in laparoscopic and minimally invasive paediatric surgery.
- Commitment to education, clinical governance, and patient safety.
