We are looking for a dynamic and accomplished Head of ICU to lead the intensive care department at a leading tertiary care hospital in the UAE. The successful candidate will oversee all clinical, operational, and administrative functions of the ICU.
Requirements
- Board Certified in Critical Care / Intensive Care Medicine.
- Minimum 7 years of ICU and leadership experience.
- Prior UAE experience is mandatory.
- Proven expertise in ventilation, ECMO, and organ support systems.
- Strong background in clinical governance and quality improvement.
- Experience in protocol development, team management, and audits.
- Excellent communication, teaching, and mentoring skills.
